Mailendy Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: June 2026

1. PURPOSE

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, project pauses, and subscription services are handled by Mailendy.

By purchasing or engaging Mailendy services, you agree to this policy.


 

2. GENERAL PRINCIPLE

Mailendy provides professional services, consulting, implementation, automation systems, communication infrastructure, and ongoing management services.

Because our services involve time, expertise, strategy, implementation, and project resources, refunds are handled differently from physical products.


 

3. SETUP FEES

Examples include:

  • Communication Infrastructure Audits

  • CRM Setup

  • Automation Builds

  • Customer Journey Mapping

  • Deliverability Setup

  • Data Cleanup

  • Initial Configuration Projects

Refund Eligibility

Before work begins:
Eligible for refund.

After work begins:
Non-refundable.

Once project work, planning, implementation, setup, research, strategy, or configuration activities have commenced, setup fees become fully earned and non-refundable.


 

4. MONTHLY MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Examples include:

  • Communication Operations

  • Campaign Management

  • Automation Management

  • Retention Programs

  • Ongoing Consulting

Monthly management fees are billed in advance.

Refunds are not issued for partially used months.

Services remain active through the end of the paid billing period.


 

5. CLIENT CANCELLATIONS

Clients may cancel ongoing services by providing at least:

Thirty (30) Days Written Notice

Notice may be submitted via:

  • Email

  • Signed written communication

  • Approved client communication channels

Services will continue during the notice period unless otherwise agreed.


 

6. PROJECT PAUSES

If a client delays a project through:

  • missing approvals

  • missing content

  • missing access

  • delayed communication

Mailendy may pause the project until required items are received.

Project timelines will automatically extend to reflect delays.

Such pauses do not qualify for refunds.


 

7. THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE & SUBSCRIPTIONS

Mailendy may recommend or utilize third-party platforms including:

  • Brevo

  • Klaviyo

  • Mailchimp

  • HubSpot

  • WordPress Plugins

  • Hosting Providers

  • Domain Services

Third-party costs are separate from Mailendy fees.

Mailendy cannot issue refunds for:

  • software subscriptions

  • hosting fees

  • domains

  • platform upgrades

  • third-party services

Refund requests relating to such services must be directed to the relevant provider.


 

8. PERFORMANCE-BASED REFUNDS

Mailendy does not guarantee:

  • revenue

  • leads

  • sales

  • bookings

  • rankings

  • conversion rates

As a result:

Performance-based refund requests will not be accepted.

Mailendy is responsible for delivering agreed services and systems, not guaranteeing business outcomes.


 

9. TERMINATION BY MAILENDY

Mailendy reserves the right to terminate services where:

  • invoices remain unpaid

  • abuse occurs

  • fraudulent activity is suspected

  • services are used unlawfully

  • client conduct becomes unreasonable

In such situations, refunds may not be provided.


 

10. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Refund requests outside this policy may be reviewed at Mailendy’s sole discretion.

Approval of one refund does not establish a precedent for future refund requests.
